Wrong label on the button, no contract at all.
In German online ordering, the final button must clearly read "order with obligation to pay" or something equally unambiguous. Section 312j of the Civil Code adds a hard consequence: without that clear wording, no contract comes into being – you owe nothing.
Useful: A button saying "continue" or "complete registration" is a red flag: the payment obligation is being hidden.
