Money & WorkFact
A parcel you never ordered costs you nothing.
If a business sends you unsolicited goods or services, German law (section 241a of the Civil Code) creates no claim against you. You need not pay, need not return anything and need not store the delivery. Invoices and reminders built on it stand on nothing.
Useful: You do not have to answer an invoice for unordered goods – what matters is that you really did not order.
