A shop may not turn you away for living elsewhere.

Since 3 December 2018 the EU Geo-blocking Regulation bans traders from blocking, rerouting or differently treating you because of your nationality or residence. Streaming services and other offers whose core is copyright-protected content are explicitly carved out.

Useful: The trader must sell to you but need not ship: sometimes collection or your own courier is the price of the deal.
