How to answer any interview question in four sentences.
Questions like "tell me about a conflict" get the STAR treatment: Situation (one sentence of context), Task (your responsibility), Action (what you specifically did, in the first person), Result (a measurable outcome, such as 20% fewer complaints). Prepare five such stories; they fit almost any behavioural question.
Useful: Without the R at the end, every story sounds like effort rather than impact.
