How to find your forgotten subscriptions in 20 minutes.

Download your last three months of account transactions and filter for recurring amounts to the same payee. Write down each subscription as a yearly figure, not monthly: €9.99 a month is €120 a year. Mark what you actually used in the past four weeks. Cancel or pause everything else. Repeat twice a year.

Useful: Subscriptions are designed to be forgotten; the annual total makes them visible again.
