The EU minimum wage directive names no euro figure at all.

Directive (EU) 2022/2041 prescribes no Europe-wide minimum wage. It prescribes procedure: countries with a statutory minimum should review it at least every two years, guided by reference values such as 60 percent of the gross median wage. Transposition was due by November 2024.

Useful: When you read about an "EU minimum wage", it usually means that reference value, not a binding amount.
