The package insert can cause side effects.

Nocebo is the opposite of placebo: expecting harm produces real symptoms. In trial placebo groups, participants regularly drop out over “side effects” – despite getting only sugar. An analysis of Covid vaccine trials found that about 76 % of systemic side effects after the first dose, mostly headache and fatigue, were down to the nocebo effect.

Useful: If you expect side effects, you're more likely to read normal body signals as one.
