The Sun isn't yellow. It's white.

From space or high in the midday sky, the Sun shines white; its surface radiates at about 5,777 kelvin like a white-hot body. It only turns yellow, orange or red low on the horizon, when the atmosphere scatters blue light out of the beam. Astronomers classify it as a G2 star. Children painting it yellow is culture, not physics.

Useful: White paper in midday sun looks white, not yellow. That's the proof right under your nose.
