On Venus, a day lasts longer than a year.

Venus needs 225 Earth days to orbit the Sun but 243 Earth days for a single spin on its axis. It also rotates backwards: there, the Sun rises in the west. Its surface, around 465 °C, is hotter than Mercury's despite being farther from the Sun, because the thick CO₂ atmosphere traps heat.

Useful: Venus is the most extreme example of the greenhouse effect in our solar system.
