Mind & EverydayHow it works
How to put to-dos in your calendar instead of on lists.
With timeboxing you give each task a fixed time slot in your calendar in advance – say “report: Wednesday 9–11 a.m.”. The slot is fixed; the task adapts to it. Benefits: you decide once, not twenty times, when something happens, and a full calendar shows you honestly whether the week is overloaded.
Useful: On Sunday, block your three most important tasks before other people fill your calendar.
